Unit displays must be set up Friday evening, February. 19th 2010. Report to Mall Show "headquarters" at the center of the Washington Crown Center Mall. Please be there at 9:00 p.m. to find out where your unit is to be located, and contact Michael Serbak (724-745-5814) BEFORE setting up your displays and/or event areas! You will not be permitted by the mall to begin setting up before 9:00 p.m.. You must be completed by 11:30 p.m. The Registration Form must list the names and information on the chart for each participant in the Mall Show. The Forms are found in the back of the packet. These forms, along with the $5.00 registration fee for each participant, should be turned in at the Mall Show headquarters table between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Pinewood Derby forms may be turned in prior to the Mall Show at the Roundtable in February. Email registration will also be available and is preferred to expedite Pinewood registration. Trophies will be awarded for the Pinewood Derby, First Aid Competition, Scout Mania, and Unit Displays. Ribbons will be presented for the Photography Contest. All awards will be presented at 5:00 p.m. during the Closing Ceremonies. Please bring your unit's U.S. Flag and Scout Flag for use in the Unit Display. We are expecting a successful Show and look forward to great fellowship, great competition and great public relations. NO SOLICITATIONS OF SALES WILL BE PERMITTED BY INDIVIDUALS OR UNITS AT THE SCOUT MALL SHOW!!!( with the exception of urban unit's popcorn sale) If you have any questions, please contact:
