We will do this by:

1. Maintaining units by providing support, help, guidance, and access to resources, to units, leaders, and sponsoring organizations to enhance the unit program and operations.

2. Establishing Packs, Troops, Venture Crews, and Explorer Posts where we can identify young people who are not being served by the Scouting Program.

3. Developing and maintaining an effective plan and program for recruiting young people into the Scouting Program.

4. Providing training on an ongoing basis for adult leaders and scouts to enhance their ability to deliver a quality program.

5. Providing an outdoor program of exceptional quality to add value to each unit’s program.

6. Securing financial support from our Scouting families as well as the Community at large to support Council initiatives and programs that in-turn support our youth.

7. Celebrating the time, energy, caring, friendship and growth of each person in the Mingo Trails District.
